About us
The Bethel District Attorney’s Office is responsible for the prosecution of criminal cases in the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta and Interior Alaska, including some 64 communities in the area, and roughly the geographical size of Oregon. The office prosecutes a wide range of offenses, including the most serious cases. There are nine attorneys , four victim-witness paralegals, and four professional support staff positions. Together the office is an efficient and cooperative team.
